Sorry for the paltry post, my Internet was down last night. But here’s a news item that caught my eye:
Rancho Feeding Corp. is recalling 8.7 million pounds of beef because they came from diseased and unhealthy animals that did not undergo a full federal inspection. This is more than one year’s worth of beef that includes carcasses, oxtail, liver, cheeks, tripe, tongue and veal bones, and were shipped to distribution centers and retail stores in California, Florida, Illinois and Texas.
What else is in the news? What’s up with you?
